- We only ship orders within Canada
- Orders will be typically shipped within 7 business days of order receipt or less.
- Shipping of orders is organized through zones. The mode of delivery is specified by zone, as detailed below :

- Orders within Zones 1 to 5 will be delivered on the day they are shipped (weather permitting).
- Orders within Zones 6 and 7 will depend upon delivery periods (after shipping) specified by common carrier such as Canada Post or UPS (ground). These may be up to 7 business days after the carriers receive shipments or more due to peak Holiday traffic. We will try to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely fashion, but we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays incurred due to common carriers such as Canada Post or UPS (ground).
- We will contact you to reschedule delivery as soon as possible after your order if a delay is expected.
- You may specify a delivery date at the time of the order provided it is more than 7 business days of order receipt or more. In special cases we may expedite delivery, but only if practically possible.
